By controlling the entire process from card design, through to the manufacturing phase and ending with the customs clearing and final delivery, we have eliminated the agents and middle men. A local Asian presence and consolidation of purchasing raw materials provides price breaks that we can pass on to all our customers, large or small.
By instilling a Western approach to quality control and processes, we are able to provide Western quality cards at Asian pricing. Sourcing the best raw materials at the right pricing helps our drive to maintain exceptionally high standards. There are more than 900 card factories in Asia ranging from small “garage type” operations to very large ones with more than 1000 employees. It is almost impossible for an overseas visitor to be certain as to which factory will be producing their cards. We have filled the void for those companies wishing to outsource card manufacture to the Far East.
All production is overseen by a qualified Cardzgroup Production Manager. The Production Manager and his team QC the card at every stage of the production process. From proof approval the Production Manager signs off on every procedure that your order will go through and finally will personally oversee the QC inspection. We have staff in all four of our partner factories that oversee our operations full time.
All orders are inspected 100% by our Production team. Some of our overseas customers require SGS inspection and this can be arranged from our offices in Shenzhen.
Cards can be personalised with encoded data, photos, text, embossing, or a combination of the above at our bureau in Cape Town. The team in Cape Town have extensive experience and can assist you with any enquiries that you might have of this nature.
